This position provides the flexibility of remote work while contributing to a community health clinic. You will engage with clients through teletherapy, ensuring that support remains accessible regardless of location. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client, employing a range of evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Develop, monitor, and adjust personalized treatment plans, utilizing client feedback and progress reports to ensure effective outcomes.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers such as psychiatrists and primary care physicians to deliver comprehensive care that considers all aspects of the client’s health.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and client interactions within our electronic health records (EHR) system.

• Manage a consistent caseload effectively by prioritizing client appointments, follow-ups, and related administrative tasks to ensure seamless service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client base comprising individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. This role requires cultural competency and the capability to address the unique needs of clients from different backgrounds, promoting inclusivity and understanding in therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is essential.

• An active LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license in Arizona is required to provide therapeutic services.

• Demonstrated experience in employing evidence-based therapy approaches, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills that foster trust and rapport with clients.

• The ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment, showing a commitment to continuous professional development and a proactive approach to learning from colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of experience as a mental health counselor in a clinical setting.
