Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate and diagnose the mental health needs of patients.

• Providing evidence-based individual counseling, crisis intervention, and therapeutic support to patients dealing with various mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients include individuals from various backgrounds seeking assistance for anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflicts, and other mental health disorders. You will work closely with a broad demographic, including adolescents, adults, and families, to provide tailored support and resources aimed at improving their mental health outcomes. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Psychologist.

• A Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field; a Master's or Doctoral degree is preferred.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working in an outpatient mental health setting and familiarity with electronic health record systems will enhance your ability to thrive in this role.
