Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical intakes and psychotherapy sessions via telehealth platforms, effectively establishing therapeutic rapport and understanding client needs.

• Document clinical interactions daily in accordance with organizational policies and state regulations to maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance.

• Stay current with licensing requirements, including renewing certifications and maintaining adequate Professional Liability Insurance coverage.

• Engage in weekly supervision sessions and quarterly team meetings to discuss case progress, collaborate on client care strategies, and enhance clinical skills.

• Facilitate effective communication with administrative staff to guarantee a seamless workflow that benefits both clients and providers.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position caters to a diverse client base ranging from age 9 through adulthood, addressing various mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Our counselors employ both therapeutic and preventative techniques tailored to the unique needs of each individual, ensuring a supportive therapeutic experience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree from an accredited program in counseling, social work, or psychology.

• A valid and active license in mental health counseling (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, etc.) that permits you to practice in Washington State.
