Work Environment\n

This role is designed to be entirely remote, enabling you to balance the demands of clinical practice with the convenience of working from home. Our work hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required based on the unique needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will undertake the following responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments, evaluating patients' trauma histories to create tailored treatment strategies.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that focus specifically on trauma recovery, utilizing evidence-based practices.
\n
• Deliver therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, guiding patients through the trauma processing process and equipping them with effective coping strategies.
\n
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during critical, trauma-related situations.
\n
• Educate patients and families on trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available resources, reinforcing their understanding of the therapeutic process.

• Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in patient records.

• Participate in ongoing professional development initiatives, team consultations, and staff meetings focused on trauma-informed care.

• Keep abreast of the latest research and best practices within the field of trauma therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your main focus will be on supporting individuals who have experienced significant trauma, including those diagnosed with PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Our clients may come from diverse backgrounds and face unique challenges, requiring a therapist who is both culturally competent and sensitive to their experiences. You will work to empower these clients in their recovery journeys, fostering resilience and promoting healing.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.
\n
• Strong knowledge base in trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment modalities.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, fostering a compassionate and understanding approach to therapy.

• Effective communication abilities to engage with clients and colleagues successfully.

Preferred Experience\n

In addition to the required qualifications, the following experience would be advantageous:

Compensation and Benefits\n
