Work Environment\n

This position is designed for remote work, providing flexibility while maintaining strong connections with our team and clients. You will have the support of a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and other mental health specialists, committed to integrated patient care. While the base schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, some flexibility may be required based on patient needs, ensuring that we deliver the best care possible.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to analyze patients' trauma histories.

• Collaboratively develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique recovery journey.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to deliver effective treatment.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping clients process trauma and build essential coping strategies.

• Engage in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development to enhance trauma-informed care practices.

• Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals who have experienced trauma and exhibit conditions such as PTSD, complex trauma, or dissociative disorders. You will be instrumental in providing support to various age groups, ensuring that each client receives tailored interventions that promote healing and resilience. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Colorado.

• Strong understanding of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment methodologies.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of empathy and understanding in diverse situations.

• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient interactions and treatments.

Compensation and Benefits\n
