Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client needs, developing personalized and evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.

• Provide therapy services in various formats, including one-on-one sessions, group therapy, and family counseling, employing strategies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other therapeutic modalities.

• Collaborate extensively with case managers, psychiatrists, and a multidisciplinary team to create a comprehensive and holistic approach to client care.

• Utilize crisis intervention skills to offer immediate support to clients in acute distress or emergency situations, ensuring timely and compassionate assistance.

• Engage actively in community outreach programs and educational initiatives to spread awareness regarding mental health issues, aiming to reduce stigma and promote wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a diverse client population, including individuals from varied ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• An active and independent license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of establishing rapport with clients and building meaningful therapeutic relationships.

• Possess cultural competence and sensitivity to effectively engage with clients from a spectrum of backgrounds, enhancing the therapeutic process.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials.
