Work Environment\n

You will be part of a dynamic community health clinic environment, where our remote setting enables flexibility while maintaining a collaborative atmosphere with treatment team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate the needs of our patients. This role is designed to minimize administrative burdens, allowing you to concentrate on delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based practices to determine the individual needs of clients and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to support clients in their journey toward mental wellness.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and industry standards.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, engaging in case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance care quality.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and available treatment options, providing essential community resource information.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing mental health conditions such as anxiety disorders, major depressive disorder, and trauma-related issues. Qualifications\n

• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Colorado.
