Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments that evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions through individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with specific goals and interventions tailored to meet clients’ unique needs.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team that may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to ensure coordinated and integrated care for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention services, conduct risk assessments, and formulate safety plans when applicable.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with all ethical and legal standards.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to promote client engagement and community connection.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse patient population, primarily composed of individuals facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. We cater to different age groups, which requires a nuanced approach to therapy that is sensitive to the unique needs of children, adolescents, adults, and families.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
