Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to determine the needs of students.

• Collaborate with students, parents, and educators to design and implement individualized treatment plans that respect cultural backgrounds and promote academic and personal success.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions in diverse settings, such as individual and group therapy sessions, employing methodologies including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT).

• Provide crisis intervention services to students facing acute emotional distress, ensuring immediate support and a pathway to ongoing care.

• Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in accordance with clinic policies and legal regulations.

• Empower students and their families through psychoeducation, equipping them with tools and strategies to manage mental health challenges effectively.
\n
• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and educational staff, to ensure comprehensive care and support for students.
\n
• Regularly assess therapy outcomes and adjust treatment approaches based on evidence and feedback to maximize effectiveness.

• Stay current with best practices in the mental health field and incorporate new research findings into your practice.

• Adhere to ethical standards and maintain the confidentiality and dignity of each student at all times.

The primary client focus for this position includes students from diverse backgrounds experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.

• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 to 84,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
