Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to comprehensively evaluate clients’ mental health needs, strengths, and available resources. \n
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methods tailored to address a variety of mental health issues. \n
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans, setting clear goals and interventions based on clinical assessment and client input. \n
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to deliver cohesive client-centered treatment. \n
- Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes that provide support and foster community among clients. \n
- Conduct crisis intervention and risk assessments when necessary, ensuring safety and immediate support for clients in distress. \n
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards. \n
