Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide efficient individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, defining specific goals and interventions for therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.

Your expertise will focus on a diverse group of clients, primarily students in school settings, who are seeking assistance with a variety of mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is a must.

• An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
