Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions using proven evidence-based modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy (SFT), and trauma-focused therapy.

• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver coordinated client-centered care.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that outline client-specific goals and therapeutic interventions.
\n
• Facilitating therapeutic groups and psychoeducation classes that target specific mental health issues and foster community support among clients.

• Offering crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments, and developing safety plans tailored to individual clients' needs.

• Maintaining thorough and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
