Work Environment\n

This position is designed to be remote, allowing for flexibility while ensuring that our clients receive the necessary support. Our Detox Center serves as the facility where clients may access in-person services, and while remote, you will remain an integral part of the treatment team through regular meetings, training, and case discussions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, identify challenges, and understand their strengths and available resources.

• Provide individualized therapy, including individual, family, and group sessions, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that set realistic goals and actionable interventions tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated and coordinated care for all clients.

• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, assessing risks, and providing safety planning to mitigate immediate threats to clients’ well-being.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes that foster community support and skills development.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all interactions and treatment progress, adhering to ethical and legal standards.
