Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with client goals and include specific interventions.
\n
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to promote community and shared healing.

• Perform crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning as necessary to support clients in high-risk situations.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and legal requirements, ensuring that all client information is up-to-date and accurate.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
