Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized cognitive behavioral therapy to a range of clients, including individuals, families, and groups, addressing specific emotional and psychological needs.

• Assess crisis situations effectively, respond to patients' urgent needs, and connect clients with appropriate resources and services.

• Conduct initial client assessments to determine treatment needs, develop diagnostic formulations following DSM-5 standards, and create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions using evidence-based models including behavior modification and brief therapy, applying these strategies during counseling sessions to achieve the best outcomes.

• Offer training and education on pertinent clinical topics to team members and community stakeholders, enhancing the overall knowledge and capability of our supportive network.

• Provide clinical supervision for Mental Health Workers and therapy assistants, fostering their professional development and ensuring quality care standards are maintained.

• Develop collaborative treatment strategies across systems by engaging with other community professionals to enhance the holistic support network for individuals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work closely with diverse populations, including mothers and families within the Klamath Falls area. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
