Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients seeking treatment for substance use disorders, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs and personal goals.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing.

• Facilitate both individual counseling sessions and engaging group therapy discussions, providing a space for clients to share experiences and develop coping strategies.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and addiction specialists, to ensure integrated and holistic care for patients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
