Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing you to provide essential mental health services from the comfort of your own home. Our telehealth model not only expands access to treatment for patients but also offers our therapists a flexible work setting. During your scheduled work hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, you will engage with clients through various telecommunication platforms, offering convenience and efficiency in care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments using standardized tools to evaluate patients' psychological needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Implement a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families, including techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops to empower clients through shared experiences, fostering a supportive community atmosphere.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to patients experiencing emergencies, ensuring their safety and outlining immediate action plans.

• Deliver educational resources to patients regarding their mental health conditions, effective treatment strategies, and community support services.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and therapy outcomes in compliance with both legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and therapeutic techniques.

• Proven experience conducting mental health assessments and developing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

• Experience in delivering therapy to individuals and groups from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
