Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clients' psychological well-being, identifying challenges and determining appropriate therapeutic approaches.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans, clearly defining goals in collaboration with clients to address their specific mental health needs.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Psychodynamic Therapy to provide effective interventions.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on clients' emotional concerns, personal development, and improved coping strategies.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.

• Provide crisis intervention, offering immediate support during mental health emergencies, and ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources available to support their recovery journey.

• Document all client interactions accurately and confidentially to meet legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n
