Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Applying various therapeutic interventions effectively to treat emotional and behavioral disorders, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of individuals and families.

• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and developing initial discharge plans to evaluate clients' progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.

• Facilitating individual, group, or family therapy sessions as dictated by treatment plans, employing methods aligned with evidence-based practices.

• Creating and updating treatment plans in coordination with existing care guidelines while ensuring compliance with professional and facility standards.

Qualifications\n
