Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, offering a flexible work environment that allows you to balance professional commitments with personal life. Our telehealth facility utilizes cutting-edge technology to connect therapists with patients in a secure and supportive manner. You will have the freedom to manage your schedule within our operational hours, which generally run Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, although some flexibility may be necessary to accommodate patient needs actively.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patients' unique needs, ensuring the development of personalized and effective treatment plans.

• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing a diverse range of modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups designed to address common mental health issues and foster a sense of community among participants.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide coordinated, holistic care that optimally supports patient recovery.

• Offer crisis intervention services during emergencies, helping to stabilize patients and direct them towards appropriate resources.

• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources that can aid their recovery.

• Maintain secure, accurate, and detailed documentation of patient interactions in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards.

• Engage actively in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

• Stay updated with the latest research, methodologies, and innovations in the field of mental health therapy to bring the best practices to your clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse population ranging from adolescents to adults struggling with various mental health disorders including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.

• Comprehensive understanding of mental health disorders and familiarity with various evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Proven experience in conducting in-depth mental health assessments and creating effective treatment plans.

• Demonstrated ability to provide both individual and group therapy across diverse populations.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong emphasis on building therapeutic relationships.

• Commitment to ethical practice and adherence to professional boundaries at all times.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and the capability to utilize relevant technology in therapy.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative and multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, preferably within outpatient telehealth services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
