Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify client needs and develop customized treatment plans using evidence-based methodologies.

• Utilize therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant modalities to facilitate client progress.

• Maintain accurate, confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team, participating in case consultations and peer reviews to enhance service delivery.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families, helping them understand mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources.

• Stay informed about the latest research and developments within the mental health field to continuously refine therapeutic practices.

You will work with a wide array of clients, including those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
