Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health and develop personalized treatment plans based on their unique needs and circumstances.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Warm Comfort Counseling, you will work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals of all ages, socioeconomic backgrounds, and mental health diagnoses. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing mental health counseling, demonstrating a commitment to the field.

• Strong understanding of theories related to personality development, individual differences, and behavioral health.

• Proficient in interview techniques and skilled in utilizing current evidence-based practices in mental health treatment.

Preferred Experience\n

Previous experience working in outpatient settings and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems will be considered a plus. Knowledge of specific therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), is also advantageous.

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between $100,000 and $105,000 annually.
