Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual psychotherapy sessions utilizing telehealth platforms, primarily focusing on emotional, mental, and behavioral health challenges.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute distress, employing empathetic communication and effective de-escalation techniques.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely clinical documentation through our digital therapist portal, ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance requirements.

• Perform mental health screenings and assessments to accurately determine clients' treatment needs and adjust interventions as necessary.

• Implement applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques with clients facing behavioral challenges, creating tailored strategies to promote positive behaviors and outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse client population including individuals and families facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. Your expertise will significantly contribute to therapeutic processes for adolescents and their families, fostering holistic healing and recovery. Each client is assessed based on their unique circumstances, allowing you to apply person-centered approaches that resonate with their specific needs.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active Pennsylvania state licensure as a LMFT, LCSW, or LPC.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year to reflect the experience and qualifications of our therapists.
