Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough comprehensive assessments of new clients to understand their mental health history and needs.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific goals and challenges faced by clients.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and psychodynamic approaches.

• Establish therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and regularly monitor their progress through structured evaluations.

• Provide teletherapy services to accommodate clients who prefer virtual sessions or have accessibility challenges.

• Ensure compliance with ethical standards through meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, including training and workshops relevant to emerging mental health practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
