Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for clients, identifying their unique needs and developing tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver effective individual and group therapy sessions.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Paragon Behavioral Health Center offers a competitive salary range between $80,000 and $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
