In this full-time remote role, you will be instrumental in providing high-quality mental health care to clients struggling with various psychological challenges, including but not limited to, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance use issues. Work Environment\n

As a remote mental health therapist, you will have the flexibility to work from home, providing therapy via secure telehealth platforms. We understand the importance of work-life balance, and while our standard schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, some flexibility in hours may be necessary to meet client needs. This position offers a chance to utilize modern technology to reach clients who may not have access to traditional therapy settings, making your work both impactful and fulfilling.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to identify patient needs and create customized treatment plans that address specific issues.

• Utilize a range of effective therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to support individual, couple, and family therapy sessions.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, helping clients connect and share their experiences regarding common mental health challenges in a safe environment.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients in acute distress, ensuring timely and effective responses to mental health emergencies.

• Educate clients on their mental health conditions, available treatments, and community resources, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) systems for accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arizona.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive assessments and develop effective treatment plans tailored to each client.

• Experience in providing individual and group therapy, especially among diverse populations.

• Demonstrated professional integrity, sound judgment, and adherence to ethical standards.

• Proficiency in using EHR systems and familiar with standardized computer applications for documentation and communication.

Compensation and Benefits\n
