Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs through interviews and standardized evaluation tools, using the information to craft individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapy interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic modalities tailored to the specific needs and preferences of clients.

• Collaborate closely with clients to establish and refine therapeutic goals and continuously monitor their progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Offer teletherapy sessions for clients who prefer virtual support or have mobility or transportation challenges, ensuring that service continuity is maintained.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
