Deep Logic Therapy, LLC is actively seeking passionate and qualified Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) to join our dedicated team in a full-time capacity. As part of our telehealth service, you will have the unique opportunity to provide mental health counseling and support from the comfort of your own home, all while impacting the lives of individuals struggling with various mental health conditions.

Work Environment\n

This is a remote position, allowing you to work from your home while engaging in telehealth sessions with clients in San Antonio, Texas, and surrounding areas. Our telehealth facility is designed to create a supportive remote working atmosphere, with access to necessary technologies and tools to facilitate seamless communication and care among team members and patients. Our standard work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist, your core responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments to identify patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other relevant techniques.

• Facilitating psychoeducational and support groups, fostering a sense of belonging and community among patients dealing with common mental health concerns.
\n
• Collaborating with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to provide integrated and holistic care.
\n
• Offering crisis intervention services to support patients during mental health emergencies.
\n
• Educating patients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Actively participating in case consultations and team meetings to enhance collaboration within our multidisciplinary environment.

• Staying informed about the latest research and advancements in mental health therapy to continually improve service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on adults and adolescents experiencing a wide range of mental health disorders. By leveraging telehealth technology, you will connect with patients who might otherwise face barriers to accessing mental health services. You will have the chance to create and nurture meaningful therapeutic relationships as you work collaboratively with clients to help them achieve their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.

• A strong foundation in mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methods.
\n
• Proven experience in conducting mental health assessments and formulating effective treatment plans.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering a trusting relationship with clients.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic computer applications.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team framework.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience delivering individual and group therapy to diverse populations is strongly preferred, as well as familiarity with telehealth platforms and strategies for engaging clients remotely. Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of advancements in mental health therapy will also be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
