Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly evidence-based teletherapy sessions using video conferencing tools to connect with adult clients.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists and psychiatric providers to develop comprehensive treatment plans catered to individual client needs.

• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and progress measures to monitor and adjust treatment approaches effectively.

• Provide support and consult with team members as needed, contributing to collective knowledge and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adult clients facing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship, you’ll help clients explore their self-awareness, set achievable goals, and engage in healing practices that lead to fulfilling lives.

Qualifications\n

• Possess a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Hold an active state licensure as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD.
\n
• Demonstrable experience and proficiency in providing telehealth therapy services to adolescents and young adults.
\n
• Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
\n
• A minimum of two years of experience in delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
\n
• Comfortable working from home, equipped with a private space that ensures client confidentiality and includes a reliable internet connection.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience utilizing electronic health records (EHR) systems to maintain accurate client documentation and treatment planning.

Compensation and Benefits\n
