Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day activities will include:

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you will need:

• A Master's degree in a related field, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current, state-issued mental health counseling license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) to practice independently.

• Strong interpersonal skills marked by empathy, active listening, and a genuine passion for improving clients’ mental health.

• Excellent computer literacy, along with a reliable computer equipped with webcam and audio capabilities for conducting video sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

We value at least two years of professional counseling experience, particularly in settings that focus on outpatient mental health services. Candidates with background knowledge in various therapeutic modalities and experience working with a diverse clientele will be given preference.
