Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients’ needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions primarily via telehealth.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to assist clients in overcoming mental health challenges and achieving their goals.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and support staff to provide comprehensive care to clients.

• Provide crisis intervention as necessary and ensure a safe space for clients to discuss sensitive topics.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapy services cater to a broad client population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health concerns. You will engage with clients from various backgrounds and age groups, emphasizing culturally sensitive approaches tailored to each individual’s context and needs.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.

• A clear understanding of mental health diagnoses, treatment modalities, and therapeutic techniques.

• A commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with the following experience will be highly regarded:

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $52,000 to $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a fair compensation package, we provide:
