Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans that address each client's unique needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, to facilitate client progress.

• Manage a caseload of clients, providing individual, couples, and family therapy sessions through virtual platforms.
\n
• Document client interactions and treatment progress in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards.

• Engage in regular supervision and collaborative case discussions with other therapists to enhance your therapeutic practice and foster a supportive team culture.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives to raise awareness about mental health resources available at Uplift Oneself Counseling Center.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• Active licensure in Oregon as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 52,000 to 70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
