Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify clients' needs, challenges, and goals.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, adapting approaches as necessary to meet individual client needs.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to provide effective treatment to individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that foster community and address pertinent mental health issues.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure an integrated approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services to assist clients in the event of mental health emergencies.

• Educate clients on mental health conditions, available treatments, and community resources to support their recovery.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
