At Blaze Health, we emphasize a balanced work-life dynamic, with schedules primarily from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, while allowing some flexibility to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments tailored to understand each patient’s cultural and personal backgrounds.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, focusing on the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during mental health emergencies.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure holistic and coordinated care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and available community resources.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation following ethical guidelines and best practices in mental health care.

• Engage in continuous professional development through ongoing training, case conferences, and cultural competency workshops.

• Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in mental health therapy to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches with a strong focus on cultural competence.

• Proven experience delivering effective individual and group therapy in a culturally responsive manner.

• Demonstrated crisis intervention skills and the ability to navigate challenging emotional circumstances.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a capacity to build rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and teletherapy platforms.

• Ability to uphold professional ethics and confidentiality standards in all interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

At Blaze Health, the compensation for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
