Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy sessions, utilizing diverse therapeutic modalities designed to promote personal growth, mental stability, and overall well-being.

• Establish therapeutic goals with clients and continuously monitor their progress toward achieving these objectives.

• Offer teletherapy options to ensure accessibility for clients facing challenges attending in-person appointments.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population primarily includes individuals coping with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders. You will have the opportunity to work closely with clients from diverse backgrounds, providing personalized support to help them overcome their challenges and achieve their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.

• A strong sense of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients.
\n
• Proficient organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage workload and client caseload.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome candidates from varying backgrounds, experience in evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care approaches is highly desirable. Previous experience working with clients from culturally diverse backgrounds will also be an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits\n
