Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, history, and goals, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their circumstances.

• Craft personalized treatment plans that address the unique challenges facing each client, incorporating achievable goals and evidence-based techniques to support their journey.

• Deliver high-quality counseling services to individuals, couples, and families, tailoring each session's approach to best fit client preferences and therapeutic needs.

• Facilitate therapeutic interventions that encourage self-exploration, resilience, and healing, fostering a safe space for clients to express their thoughts and feelings.

• Document and maintain accurate client records, adhering strictly to ethical standards and confidentiality guidelines to ensure client trust and compliance with regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will vary in age, background, and the specific challenges they face. You will engage with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health disorders. Understanding the unique cultural dynamics of the Bakersfield community and employing culturally competent approaches will be pivotal in establishing effective rapport and facilitating positive therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a highly competitive salary range from USD 63,000 to 130,000 per year , reflective of your experience and qualifications.
