Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients' experiences and trauma history, guiding the development of customized treatment strategies.

• Create and implement tailored treatment plans focused on trauma recovery and resilience, utilizing strength-based approaches.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to promote emotional and cognitive healing.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that empower patients to process traumatic experiences and build coping mechanisms.

• Collaborate seamlessly with psychiatrists, case managers, and other multidisciplinary professionals to provide comprehensive care for clients.

• Offer crisis intervention when required, aiding patients during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring their immediate safety and support.

• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses and coping strategies, providing them with vital resources for their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges between $90,000 and $110,000, reflecting experience and expertise.
