You will have access to an outpatient office environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration among mental health professionals, even while working remotely. You will utilize telehealth platforms for client interactions, ensuring a consistent and effective therapeutic relationship.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in continuous professional development to stay up-to-date with required competencies for your licensure, enabling you to provide the highest standard of mental health care.

• Conduct telephone consultations and virtual therapy sessions, effectively building rapport and trust with clients to facilitate their emotional growth.
\n
• Utilize our electronic medical records system to track and document client progress, managing case notes and treatment planning effectively.
\n
• Attend required team meetings virtually, offering insights and collaborating with colleagues to improve systemic approaches to client care.
\n
• Provide resources and assistance to clients addressing various financial or social needs, thereby enhancing their overall welfare and accessibility to services.
\n
• Adhere to the ethical standards set forth by professional organizations and Mind Saver, ensuring that all clients receive respectful and dignified treatment.
\n
• Maintain a regular work schedule as coordinated with your supervisor, ensuring timely follow-through on all directives, enhancing organizational efficiency.
\n
• Uphold policy compliance, exemplifying integrity and professionalism in all interactions, and completing associated reporting requirements with accuracy.
\n
• Ensure maintenance of all necessary personal certifications, including current Oregon driver’s license and CPR/First Aid certification.
\n
• Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills to manage a diverse caseload effectively.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will primarily involve working with children and their families, addressing various mental health needs such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma-informed care. Candidates should possess a deep understanding of child development and adolescent psychology, providing tailored therapeutic strategies for each individual client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited institution.

• An independent license in the state of Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) is required to practice in a clinical setting.
\n
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing for effective client interactions and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

• Ability to address a variety of clinical issues with compassion and professionalism, contributing meaningfully to our clients' well-being.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with children and families in mental health contexts is strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 50,000 – 80,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, benefits include:
