Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to determine clients' mental health statuses and personalize therapy plans.

• Develop and implement effective, evidence-based therapeutic courses of treatment for individuals struggling with mental health disorders, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, providing clients with the necessary tools and coping strategies to manage their conditions effectively.

• Establish and maintain a consistent schedule for client follow-up, ensuring thorough engagement and progress monitoring throughout the therapeutic process.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to refer clients to supplementary care as needed.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment plans using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
