Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive initial evaluations to understand clients' mental health status, history, and treatment needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring appropriate therapeutic interventions are outlined.

• Conduct ongoing therapy sessions and follow-ups using video conferencing and secure messaging, engaging clients in meaningful dialogue.

• Utilize evidence-based practices tailored to client needs, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and more.

• Provide psychoeducation to empower clients with coping mechanisms and strategies for managing their mental health.

• Document client interactions and clinical outcomes in our Simple Practice platform to maintain accurate records and ensure continuity of care.

• Participate in regular supervision and training sessions to enhance clinical skills and stay informed on best practices in telehealth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Mental Health Counselor will work primarily with a wide range of clients, including adolescents, adults, and couples, dealing with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The anticipated compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 110,000 annually, reflecting experience and expertise. In addition, we offer:
