Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health and emotional well-being during initial consultations and ongoing sessions.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, both virtually and in person, providing ongoing support, guidance, and resources to clients as they progress through their treatment journey.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and medical doctors, to ensure comprehensive care, making appropriate referrals when necessary.

• Document patient interactions and treatment progress meticulously in electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and ethical guidelines.

• Maintain professional boundaries while providing compassionate, competent, and culturally responsive care. Conduct crisis interventions, assess risks, and implement safety plans when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at St. Arnold Behavioral Health, you will work with a diverse population of clients facing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to substance abuse disorders, depression, anxiety, and eating disorders. You will have the opportunity to deliver customized therapy using both individual and group methodologies, focusing on culturally responsive treatment that acknowledges the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid and current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Texas.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience.

• Strong understanding of various mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment frameworks.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
