Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions with clients via video conferencing, ensuring a safe and supportive virtual environment.

• Utilize solution-oriented and evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Develop comprehensive and client-centered treatment plans, incorporating individual goals and therapeutic interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• You must possess one of the following independent licenses: LMFT, LPC, or LCSW. No provisional or limited licenses will be considered.

• No disciplinary actions on your license history.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a sympathetic and client-focused demeanor.

• Proficient in the use of technology and digital platforms for teletherapy and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling is preferred. Experience with teletherapy and familiarity with solution-focused therapy techniques will be an advantage. Additionally, a strong background in treating adult clients is beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000, commensurate with your experience and hours worked. Our compensation package includes:
