Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to develop tailored, evidence-based treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), in your sessions to empower clients to discover resilience and new coping strategies.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation, complying with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, to safeguard patient information.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team comprised of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide holistic care aimed at enhancing overall client outcomes.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to elevate treatment quality and share best practices across the team.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources, enabling them to navigate their mental health journeys effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona.

• Experience with solution-focused interventions and an ability to personalize treatment plans based on clients' specific requirements.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of creating strong therapeutic alliances with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
