Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and collaboratively develop effective treatment plans tailored to those needs.

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities that align with the therapeutic goals.

• Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies based on comprehensive evaluations and feedback in therapy sessions.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Candidates with a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) will also be considered.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
