Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and clinical evaluations to accurately determine clients' mental health status, needs, and treatment goals.

• Develop tailored, evidence-based treatment plans that address individual client needs and aspirations, regularly reviewing progress and modifying plans as necessary.

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing solution-focused techniques and other therapeutic modalities, adapting approaches based on client responses and challenges.

• Engage with clients through teletherapy platforms to facilitate meaningful interactions and effective treatment delivery.

• Offer crisis intervention services as needed, applying swift assessment skills and strategies to manage unexpected situations and ensure client safety.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision and professional development activities to stay updated on best practices in mental health treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Possession of a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.

• A compassionate, empathetic approach, alongside a non-judgmental attitude towards clients from varied backgrounds.

• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple clients and responsibilities.

• No history of disciplinary actions against your professional license.
