Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions that are tailored to meet the unique needs of clients across various demographics.

• Utilize comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' strengths, challenges, and objectives, forming the foundation for effective treatment strategies.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that align with clients' goals and promote measurable progress.

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of client sessions, tracking progress and adapting treatment plans as necessary.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• You must hold an active and unencumbered license to practice independently as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong clinical skills with the ability to evaluate and determine appropriate interventions, fostering meaningful progress for clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
