Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality individual, couples, family, and group therapy to clients of diverse backgrounds and ages, employing a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to their needs.

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' strengths, challenges, and treatment goals, ensuring a holistic understanding of their situations.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that are personalized, utilizing accepted methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and support staff, to coordinate comprehensive care and enhance treatment outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment interventions, and ongoing evaluations to support effective service delivery and compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• You must possess full licensure to practice independently without supervision, as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Note: We do not accept limited or provisional licenses, nor do we consider applicants with disciplinary actions on their record.
