Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide therapeutic counseling sessions, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy, to address a wide range of emotional and psychological issues.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client strengths, areas of concern, and establish treatment goals in collaboration with clients.

• Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with clients' unique needs and therapeutic objectives.

• Participate in regular interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and coordinate care with community partners.

• Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records of treatment interventions, progress notes, and assessments in a timely manner.

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds and age groups. Our clients seek support for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Licensing: Candidates must possess a valid and unrestricted license to practice as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, allowing for independent practice without supervision. Note that limited or provisional licenses are not accepted, and candidates should not have any disciplinary actions against their practice.

• Must demonstrate the ability to evaluate clinical situations critically, make informed clinical decisions, and design effective treatment strategies.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor are necessary for building client rapport.

• Proficiency with computer systems, electronic health records, and telehealth platforms for effective documentation and service delivery is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience providing therapy in a community health setting is preferred.

• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is desirable.
