Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide therapeutic services including individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions to a diverse client base, adapting interventions as necessary based on client progress.

• Conduct thorough assessments to pinpoint clients’ strengths, challenges, and treatment goals, which are crucial for formulating effective treatment plans.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that are tailored to meet your clients' unique mental health needs, utilizing clinical expertise and available resources.

• Engage in regular collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and community partners to coordinate comprehensive care, ensuring that clients receive holistic support.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client progress and interventions, ensuring compliance with licensing requirements and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population encompasses individuals across various age groups and backgrounds dealing with a broad spectrum of mental health issues. This includes, but is not limited to, anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and family dynamics. As a counselor, you will play a critical role in empowering clients toward recovery and emotional well-being, employing diverse therapeutic approaches tailored to each individual’s circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required for this position.

• Licensing: You must hold a full, unrestricted license to practice independently as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Note: provisional or limited licenses will not be accepted, and candidates must have no history of disciplinary actions.

• Strong ability to make professional evaluations, treatment recommendations, and implement effective case management strategies.

• Excellent interpersonal skills combined with a sympathetic and empathetic approach to client interactions.

• Proficient in technology, including telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in outpatient settings, particularly in teletherapy models.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant treatment methodologies.
