Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and mental health evaluations to understand the holistic perspectives of clients’ needs.

• Provide individualized therapy for individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing evidence-based interventions and therapeutic techniques.

• Create and implement tailored treatment plans that align with clients' specific goals and address personal challenges.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with mental health professionals, community organizations, and support agencies to facilitate coordinated care and resource sharing.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a part of our counseling team, you will work with a varied patient population, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors facing a wide range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and behavioral concerns. Your expertise in developing individualized strategies will empower clients to build resilience and foster positive behavioral changes.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current, full licensing as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited or provisional licenses and no disciplinary actions on record.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to make clinical evaluations and recommendations based on client assessments.

• Strong computer literacy, including familiarity with telehealth technology and electronic health record systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n
